I was hesitant about writing this post because I am human and I don’t always see the good in everyday life. I’ve always hated running, ever since I was in elementary and we had to run relay races, I was always the slowest runner and I gave up so quickly. It’s taken me so long to learn to push myself mentally and physically when it comes to running and that’s what I’ve learned to love the most about this running journey.
