This has become quite a trend now, and I’m most definitely not complaining. Acai and pitaya bowls (made from dragon fruit) have become an all time favorite snack, meal, dinner, lunch, whatever you want to call it. I can honestly eat this all day long, although that would probably not be healthy considering they contain a lot of sugar (natural sugar). I have very frizzy hair and although it’s extremely shiny and healthy, I’ve had some rough patches along the way.
