TAME THE MANE

I have very frizzy hair and although it’s extremely shiny and healthy, I’ve had some rough patches along the way. I’ve always had such a hard time finding products that will restore and repair my damaged hair. Recently I went over to the salon for a trim and asked a bunch of questions on how to tame this hair. I left the salon with purchased products that as always felt like they weren’t going to make any difference to my hair. But not this time. This time, I found my matches. And now I’m going to share them with you!

  1. I change my shampoo and conditioner about once every two months, I like trying out different ones and seeing which ones feel better. Also, It’s good to change it up. My new current obsession is the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special Shampoo & Special Conditioner. The first time I tried it, it was heaven. It leaves your head feeling tingly, minty, and refreshing. I absolutely love it. paul-mitchell-special-tea-tree-shampoo.jpg
  2. I just recently started using the Bumble and Bumble Straight Blow Dry cream and It is completely worth it. Apply it to damp hair after It’s washed, and let it be or blow dry but regardless of how you style it, there is absolutely no frizz whatsoever. I can’t tell you how great this product has been. The best part is I’ve managed to lay off the heat styling and just leave it natural. Bumble-and-bumble-Blow-Dry.jpg
  3. Last but not least, the OGX Nourishing Coconut Oil Mist. I’ve been using it mostly when I don’t style my hair (iron, curl, or blow dry) and have some frizziness. However, adding it to dry hair will make it look a bit greasy but sometimes I’ll add it to my tips for some hydration or softness. Best of all, It smells like the beach and who doesn’t love the smell of the beach. 2249696.jpeg
