This has become quite a trend now, and I’m most definitely not complaining. Acai and pitaya bowls (made from dragon fruit) have become an all time favorite snack, meal, dinner, lunch, whatever you want to call it. I can honestly eat this all day long, although that would probably not be healthy considering they contain a lot of sugar (natural sugar). The best part is you can have some fun making these bowls, you can add dates, coconut flakes, fruits, chia seeds, granola. Whatever you want. So next time you have a sweet tooth, don’t reach for that kit kat bar instead go for an acai bowl. Here are some of the bowls I’ve had! Enjoy
