I just recently got back in the hang of my workout routine, took me a while but I got it back. Last week I gave up coffee for exactly five days. Let me tell you, it was not easy. I felt like a true addict. All the symptoms of a withdraw were there. I had terrible headaches, felt nauseous and I was sluggish and tired. However, after the 3rd-day things started to shape up. After the full five days, it felt so easy to simply say no to coffee.
