BREAKFAST DOESN’T HAVE TO BE BORING

Fun fact, I’m a huge breakfast person. I cannot, CANNOT start my day if I haven’t had breakfast, I can’t even have lunch if I haven’t had breakfast. I could also eat breakfast food all day, every day. Not too long ago I found out I was allergic to eggs (gasp, I know). So, I’ve had to find alternatives for breakfast, which is not hard but I’m always in a rush so I need something quick and easy.

Below I have shared with you guys my ultimate breakfast, I eat this every single day. Also, I’m a HUGE peanut butter fan. Healthy fats in the morning are good for you, especially if your days are hectic and need something to sustain you until lunch time.

Directions:

My favorite Greek yogurt is Chobani, I prefer unsweetened. I mix a few dashes of cinnamon powder into the yogurt so it has a bit of flavor. Chop up a banana, add 1 tbsp of peanut butter over banana or nut butter of choice. I usually top it off with Bobs Red Mill Muesli but when that’s done, I mix dried goji berries and unsweetened coconut flakes. You can also add pumpkin seeds or slides almonds. It’s pretty much like an acai bowl but with yogurt. This is a lot easier to make in the mornings and so yummy.
