    I’m so thankful to live in a city with so many fitness options. I’ve never been a big gym person, it can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming.   Believe it or not, pampering yourself can highly alter your mood. I’ve come to realize that simple tricks such as washing your hair can make such a change in your everyday mood.
